Midnight Moon
Made in the Netherlands, this pasteurized goat’s milk is a warm, ivory color, becoming slightly darker towards the rind. The texture is firm, smooth & dense with a slightly granular feel. There are nutty, buttery & caramel notes & the flavor linger.
